Incompetent staff

The front desk person got our gate code to enter wrong twice and the unit number wrong three times. So movers had to wait when they’re on the clock to move stuff they set in front of one unit thinking it’s the correct one, only to set it down and realize the front office person messed up again with the unit number. It cost me another hour of moving costs due to the front desk employee incompetence.

Don't store here - they have a RAT infestation

Destroyed several items in my unit. I've never seen that much rat urine and feces. The form I was given to file a claim I found out 2 months later that that insurance hadn't done business with them more than a month prior to the office giving me the form. NO manager ever calls you back. NO ONE responds! Clearly, they don't keep up with pest control. SO GROSS - DO NOT STORE HERE!

Great customer service and quick process

Staff was very kind and helpful. Quick check in process, easy access. One way in and one way out seems like it could get congested- a group came in and took all the dollies so maybe bring your own wagon/transport just in case. Otherwise its clean and seems very secure- Regular lock won't work so you'll end up buying a lock from them for about $17

Easy Registration & Move-In...Took Less Than 15 Minutes!

I was connected with Go Store It through Sparefoot, and the process couldn't have been easier! I did everything online and made a reservation to rent from the facility in just a few clicks. When I got to Go Store It, it took less than 15 minutes to register online, electronically sign documents, and receive all of the information I needed for moving things in. The customer service was great, the people were friendly, and everything was explained perfectly. I was able to move my things later that day after the main office closed, and there were no hiccups in the process; everything went very smoothly and efficiently.
