Outside storage unit
Overall itâs good, but you need to wear ear plugs, pulling the handle up and down is super loud and it seems like it needs oil to pull it up and down

I've never had to use a storage facility before so I didn't know what to expect. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me decide what sized unit was best for me and found any and all discounts to help me get the best rate possible.
