Pretty simple
Pretty simple to reserve a storage unit. However a little more confusing when getting the actual unit number and confirmation from the local management. All were very friendly and helpful just with no one onsite we received several confirmation emails with discrepancy on the price and two different unit numbers as having been assigned to us.

Storage for f250
Needed a place to store a new f250 during hail season. The manager-Alex didn't have a unit long enough when I called that morning. He called me back and said he made me one. I was able to move in that afternoon. Only issue is the entrance to the property is not paved so it is a little muddy and has some pretty good size potholes. Customer service was excellent though. The unit is big enough to put in a crew cab f250 with room to put in a small car also.

Liked how they took care of the situation in a timely manner
They were very helpful. They called back in a hurry. Got everything set up over the phone. We had access to the unit asap. Even gave us a discount. We are pleased with the service and friendly service we received.

Convenient and quick set up!
We looked online and moved in the same day! The customer service was excellent! The unit was upgraded to a larger one since the one we originally wanted was not available! The location is close to us and the easy access is nice!

Great place
Place is great, clean, cheap. Only issue is tight paved area. Plenty of gravel and grass to drive in though if needed. End turn around is tight is you have a longer trailer. Would recommend though!

Secure, clean, great service, and GREAT prices what more could you ask for?
We are a growing family and instead of buying a new home (that’s what the wife wants lol), I needed to turn my office into a bedroom. Longhorn State Storage has a clean facility, loved the price, the person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helped me out, easy access, and super secure.

Nobody cheaper and it’s Brand New Facility!
I thought it was too good to be true when I booked my 10x20 for so cheap! I was further surprised when I pulled up to a brand spanking new facility. All fenced, well lit and secure. Highly recommend!
