This facility is wonderful - very clean and the electronic security codes make access a breeze. Social distancing was no problem with contracts done via email. I was disappointed to see a very sneaky $10/month insurance charge snuck in the contract for $2000 worth of goods coverage. What I am storing is not worth insuring to me, but they insist you pay this or buy independent insurance. In the end, I will probably vacate the unit much earlier than anticipated (end of May/early June vs late fall) just because I take issue with deceptive practices like this and I don’t absolutely need this storage space.

I’ve rented several storages and this has been the best experience I’ve had! I reserved online in the evening, and was contacted the next day. When I arrived to the facility David greeted us immediately and was super friendly. He got my name and worked quickly to pull up my reservation and show my mom and I the unit we would be renting. We loved that it was climate controlled, the security is great, and everything was so clean! They really are about customer service and it shows. Did I mention the prices? They can’t be beat! All the way around great deal and service!

I just rented a unit from this brand new facility a few days ago and the staff are extremely helpful. Even the regional manager, who was on site for the day assisting with the startup, spent extra time with me walking through the process. I had a question with the legalese in the contract and the regional manager gave her personal assurances she would investigate and get back to me. The storage area is well lit and extremely clean, just a little cold, but i was assured their hvac group would be out to adjust the temperature. Your personal effects are behind two stages of password entry doors plus your own cylinder lock (only cylinder locks are supported). The only gotcha - if you can call it that since they were up front about it - is a $10 additional insurance premium added to the displayed rate, plus initial admin fees. So far, very pleased w this location, and props to sparefoot for aggregating info. about locations in my area. Will update as necessary.
