Horrible management and never reachable
This is the worst and most dishonest storage facility I've ever come across. The employees are mouthy and completely impossible to work with.

Best storage in the greater Seattle area. I searched around for the best deal for long-term or short-term storage. They have great customer service great hours superclean and super safe right off the highway what is the future and easily accessible from the north south east and west.

So far my experience with Tukwila self storage had been good. The truck they provide for was perfect and what a money saver. The one compliant i would have is i feel i was deceived slightly, i asked for a 1st floor storage room because I knew the elevator was going to be hard to maneuver, little did i know the first floor is actually the ground floor. I just wish that was made a little clearer because i ended up having to move a whole house worth of stuff in the elevators which took sooooo much more time.

Affordable, secure, convenient
Just 15 minutes from downtown in an ultra secure, all indoors facility. The manager on duty was super friendly and very helpful. Carts and dollies are provided. No need to purchase a lock (that's what the admin fee is for). Paperwork was a breeze and my unit (though the smallest one) had quite a bit of space left over (vertical space has to be at least 8 feet, so stacking was a breeze). Would definitely recommend over other seattle lockers as it's close to the city but at half the price.

Moving is a miserable experience any way you slice it, but Tukwila SS was well lit, easily accessible , and most of all, warm & dry.(it was raining about an inch an hour outside).

Great storage facility! The best!
The customer service is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is nice, clean, and very secure. The amenities are fantastic (truck rental, dollies, carts, elevators, provided locks). The units are clean and well maintained. The prices are competitive. The location is great too! I have no complaints!

Simple and easy to rent!
All it took was a phone call to SpareFoot to reserved a storage unit. Next, I went to the facility and met the manager who was great! He showed me around, answered my questions and rented me a unit. The facility is clean and well lighted. There are big hand carts available free for use. A truck is available to use at no cost; you only pay for gas. My first two months rent were half off. It's a safe and secure place with a friendly staff.

The staff at Tukwila storage are great! Helped me right away, didn't have to wait. Was in and out fast. The storage facility is very clean. They have hand trucks and carts to help get your stuff to storage room. They also saved me at least $50.00 (probably more) on having to rent a U-Haul truck by using their truck at the storage facility! I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. Great to work with you
