Great storage option

We needed a temporary (2.5 mos) storage option for our motorcycle trailer while we stay in Tucson because our RV resort doesn't have room. Rita Ranch offered a 4 month deal that was cheaper than paying other storage places for 2 months. Easy to do business with, too.

Clean facility, secure, good service and fair pricing

Looks like a safe and secure facility for storage, gated access, in a very good neighborhood. Also has a car/dog was on the same property so that's a convenience as well. Pricing is fair for the amount of storage and hours of access as well. Overall great facility

The customer service was great, the girl I worked with was really helpful, showed me a couple of units, I got a great deal including insurance. She clearly explained the "rules" so no crazy surprises. The other employees were super friendly too. The place was clean, I was able to drop stuff off on a Sunday morning and I felt safe. Overall a very pleasant experience

I still need code to gate

Everything is great about this facility however when the trucker came with my stuff yesterday I could not get into the gate which had been broke everyday that I seen it until the day he came. I was a bit upset when I looked all thru the paperwork and nkt one code or instructions how to use the code. Had a nice gentlemen help me out with getting in out
