Excellent customer service, clean facility.
The female employee - ?? Shelly?? was very nice to me. Drove me around the parking facilities in a golf cart, showed me my parking spot as well as the dump site ( on June 27 ). I highly recommend this facility !

The Lady who set us up with our storage unit was very helpful and friendly, a painless process. She took us to our unit to approve prior to booking it. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend.

Best Storage Facility by far
Used Budget before coming here. Storage units got broke into. Personnel not helpful at all. Facility dirty and didn't have the security that First Plaza does.

Excellent location, value and service!
Fourteen months ago, I moved and needed a place to store my stuff on a long-term basis. I visited First Plaza Storage as their location was the most convenient to my new home and their rates were very reasonable. The staff member I met with was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. The security measures in place certainly inspired confidence that my "treasures" would be very safe. After being given a tour of the clean and tidy storage facilities, I rented a space.The paperwork was painless and took no time at all. Over the past 14 months, I've visited my space a number of times with Never a problem. There's plenty of room to park close to any space and the hours are great. The office staff has been extremely helpful and "johnnie on the spot" whenever I've needed assistance. I'll continue to keep my rented space indefinitely and highly recommend First Plaza Storage!

We were very happy with the staff, she was very good at helps us.
We liked the location since we live in SaddleBrooke.
We got the unit we wanted, the paperwork went very smooth, and the auto pay was the icy in cake.
The storage area is well keep up, we feel safe putting our stuff at this storage site.
If anyone is looking for a place to store their stuff we will tell them about this place.

Easy online booking of a great location!
We checked out The facility before moving our RV and were able to select the best avaialbe spot. Customer service was outstanding! This couldn't be more convenient for us...wish we had found out about you sooner!
