Amazing facility with an amazing staff
Was looking for storage in between housing and found Dollar Self Storage after a quick internet search. Air conditioned units (great for the desert heat), easy access, BEYOND clean, and friendly and dedicated staff made this place perfect for storing all my things. Have been telling everyone about it! Would definitely store here again.

They were so very professional, helpful, and thorough. KITTY, the lovely lady that assisted us was fabulous at her job, she worked with us and our needs, and I think is the happiest person on this planet, who clearly enjoys her job, and providing customer service. You are an assist to your company and I hope you are appreciated by your higher management. This was my first time needing to rent a storage unit, and I can highly recommend this storage facility.

What you'd expect and more!
We got there and it was beyond easy to set up our unit. We showed up and they immediately took us to our unit and the guy behind the counter was awesome!!! We had been packing all day and he made us laugh and felt like we were working with a friend more than an employee of the storage place!!! Thanks for your help!! We will definitely be recommending you to many others =)

INFESTED WITH RATS
THIS PLACE RAT INFESTED. I stored my stuff there for 3 months, and my mattress and my boxes were COVERED in RAT feces & urine. I even paid for insurance, but the management tells me they do NOT cover damages done by vermins, rats, flood, sewage water, insects, mold, any "biological or chemical" contamination, etc. etc. pretty much everything under the sun. I had to throw away my mattress, bunch of clothes, and spent the last couple days replacing what I lost. PLEASE STAY AWAY! If you want the pictures, I will forward them to you.
