Needed a storage last minute and they were reasonable and had availability
Lady in office could be a little nicer, but I understand it was 6pm on the dot and I ended up moving in online, which was fine. Unit was clean and lock was inside as said it would be

The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that the unit had a temporary lock with the new lock and welcome bag inside. The access rows are a bit narrow and there is construction going on currently.

Did quite a bit of research on Tucson storage. Glad I chose Cube-Smart, and this location in particular. Uber-friendly staff, flexible options, great price and well-secured. The "guard cat" is very cool too.

Very helpful and friendly manager. Office had everything I needed to store my items safely and conveniently. Closet sized unit was clean. I love that the hallway is also air conditioned so when I need to access my stuff I'm going to be super comfortable.

Great Service.
When we arrived the whole process of signing up & leaving took 20 mins. I had been emailing with the location online for a couple of weeks, so when I finally had time & my schedule matched their open times it went amazing. I got to see the unit to verify it was the correct size needed & went over all the paperwork & signed. Very Happy, indeed.
