Love the cleanliness and extra amenities

I was very pleased with how clean the entire facility is, and loved that the aisles are very well lit, and there are electric plugs in the aisles handy to the units if we need anything. Spacious, heavy duty, smooth running elevators made the move-in straightforward. The office staff was very helpful, pleasant and thorough. I'm seriously glad I moved to this facility from the competitor I just left.

Great place to store an RV

We've found 1-800 Self Storage on Maple Rd. in Troy to be a really wonderful place to store our 29' Winnebago. The people are super-friendly, the office is clean, the lot is safe and better than our old storage lot. We recommend 1-800 Self Storage!

Very clean, very professional staff and very, very secure!!

When we arrived to tour the faculties, we were greeted professionally and kindly. The staff was informative on all questions we had, and when we were ready to check out, he even provided us a pricing discount! There is a security gate to enter the building, and two more to get out. Very very secure!!

Very clean, easy to move your belongings in, inside storage, pretty good rate, and very helpful and congenial staff. This business shows that its owners have great pride in their property. Helpful People

A super-clean facility, fairly priced with extremely helpful staff who listen. Both Tawny and Madeline helped us with our move from another chain. The facility is extremely clean, new, and most importantly, the staff is courteous. Supplies are fairly priced, e.g. locks are $9. There is complimentary water and ice cream.
