Easy to Rent - Great Service!
Initial reaction is very positive. It was easy to accomplish the rental contract and learn the common sense rules. The rental unit was clean and ready to use immediately. The great location reduces the stress of moving and transitioning from one house to another.

Only one complaint
Everything is fine except that the roof is made of some plastic sheet-like materials and my unit has a small tear that leaks into the unit. In their defense, I have yet to complain about it. Maybe someday.

Disappointed over lack of communication concerning security deposit
The $5 admin fee turned out to be a $15 security deposit instead. That wasn't in any of the printed material on line and not communicated by the staff when I gave them my credit card over the phone for payment

The company is doing a lot of office remodeling, including a new manager, so the office is a little cluttered and disorganized. The staff was very friendly, and the pricing is really fair for what you get.
