Closed when we got there

Office was closed at 11am when email told us to arrive at 930am. Luckily we waited like 30 mins bc someone did show up. Employee mentioned he was pulled from another location within the state to cover a pregnant employee who couldn't come to work. Everything worked out but was stressful when dealing with it all.

Disgrace

This facility is the worse. We called a day a head of time to ensure that they will be open or at least have access to my storage unit. Come to find out the hours provided by the representative were incorrect after we made the trip all the way from Brooklyn. Even when calling the 2nd time, they still provided the wrong hours and asked us to contact the facility which btw was closed. A manager or supervisor was expected to answer but looks like he was taking a damn nap. Will be moving my stuff out of there asap. Unprofessional

I came to tour the facility only but was pressured into renting a locker. The 2 ladies were nice but pushy. If I wasn't desperate for a locker due to my landlord and they weren't insistent then I would've checked elsewhere. SpareFoot was awesome and easy to use and navigate!

The Store Manager, Ms Andree Constant is kind, pleasant & works hard to accommodate. Didn’t like the mandatory policy of having to purchase one of their locks & their insurance policy (was able to use my homeowners’ policy tho), but it is what it is.

Employee car should NEVER be inside the storage area. I have an accident.

I had an accident while off loading my stuff. Police was involved. Listening and make judgment. My point is clear. Everybody was in a hurry and accident happen. Mistake can be avoid if proper procedure were follow. Please look at the camera. Looking forward to read. I received a reckless driving ticket. I have to go to court to fight it.

Unbeatable Value / Extremely Courteous Staff / Secure Facility

This place was priced about $50 less than anything in or around Princeton, NJ and is only 15 miles down US1. Seeing as most people will just dump and leave stuff for months on end, the cost / benefit of having a storage facility maybe 10 miles closer just doesn't seem to be there. The desk staff (same guy every time I've been there so far) is always pleasant and courteous. It's a Drive thru structure with ingress / egress codes for the dual door setup ("fast door" for climate control and "slow door" for security) and the interior space seems maybe to run ~50 in 30 degree weather if I had to guess.

Simply Self Storage

Pretty good storage facility. Huge banner outside read, 1 mo free. The only problem is, it wasnt offered to me, I had to ask about it. After asking, the two women seemed to be at odds to whether i could revieve it. Needless to say, it worked in my favor. Other than that, staff is friendly. Also, the price was about $20 (tax included) cheaper booking through this site instead of walking in the facility.

She gave me a great deal and her explanation of how to use the property was very thorough. The property itself is clean, easy to use, and seems very secure. Moving is usually an extremely stressful experience. Customer service can also be a very stressful profession. Unhappy employees and customers can negatively affect one another. I was having a difficult day of moving, but was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful customer service I received from Simply Self Storage. This company is very lucky to have Rashida as its representative. She was extraordinarily polite, positive, professional, and quick to provide alternatives when my original reservation did not have the capacity for the items that I wanted to store. Her positive attitude and rapport seriously helped relieve some of the stress from the day and assured me that I had come to the right facility. I felt like I was receiving excellent customer service at a five-star hotel rather than a storage facility in Trenton. Thank you -

the air there is very dirty, with a very fine dust that made me cough and made my things feel dirty so i had to start covering everything in plastic. also, the gate broke i guess? because it was just open all afternoon after my first run there.
