Enjoyed my interaction with Louise, as she is a very pleasant person to work with. Concise. Informative. Knowledgeable. With 4 storage facilities in a 2 mile radius, this comfort level made it an easy decision to choose this unit. The first time using the keypad for the door to get in was a little hiccup but my fault for not reading instructions clearly before attempting. Hope the weather cooperates and I have smooth sailing moving forward into my new space. Thank you.

Affordable Storage

The customer service representative was very informative and friendly. The storage is affordable, the place is clean, and it’s an elevator and cart provided for second floor storage which was a bonus on their part. They didn’t go up on their prices knowing college students were leaving like Cube Smart. They didn’t burn potential future business for greed. Will be returning again. THANK YOU!!!!

Quick and easy process

Overall I'm good with the choice I made to store my belongings here. But I am concerned that in my unit it looks like there was a leak at one point and I don't know if I should be worried about my items. I will have to check back and see in a month or two.

Great Experience

This was my first experience using a storage unit. Needed to store items during sale and move of household. My primary concern in looking at places was that it needed to be clean- my unit was SUPER CLEAN. Also storing art and upholstered items that i didnt want to get ruined, or smell damp/musty so I was happy these units were climate controlled. No problems at all. Secure access with coded entry at gate and in the building. I was able to do all the paperwork online. The staff was easy to work with and helpful with answering questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
