Doors on the unit was out of wak. Dead mice in the unit, grass growing by the unit door. Lots of trash and broken glass. Driveways in need of repaying. Staff was very friendly

I never rented a storage unit before. I got all my questions answered. The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, professional, courteous, and respectful. She walked me through the process and gave me the best unit for the size that I wanted. The unit was nice and clean right in the front as I desired. I recommend Simply Self Storage to anyone that want to be treated with VIP accomodations. Simply Self Storage you are the best and thank you to your friendly staff. Exactly what I needed.

I'm glad to have received the type of care we all need to receive. There were no useless add-ons, no run-around, - just straight to the point helping me find what I need. Might I add I also walked in the door about 4 minutes before they were due to close and no short cuts were taken. I'm beyond impressed and satisfied with this experience and strongly recommend this facility to anyone. I have yet to encounter any issues.

Great pricing, friendly, flexible, and competent management.

Easy paperwork, had my reservation on file and called ahead of time to confirm. I live in Cooper Young Memphis, and the unit is 15-18 minutes away. Plenty of sizes available, best pricing. Not climate controlled, so if you're looking for that, you will pay higher. Unit itself is pretty standard, could have been finished a bit tighter (gaps in drywall/ceiling), but secure. The star/highlight of the place was the manager, Kendra. She is bright, friendly, flexible, extremely competent, and a pleasure to work with. She showed me the unit I rented, and when we were unsure about it, she offered another size unit (that was priced the same), and that one worked out better. Prior to moving my belongings in, she swept out the unit to make sure it was clean. Had my updated paperwork with the new unit info available for me in the office by the time I left. Highly recommend.
