Office hours indicate when a storage assistant or agent will be available to process your paperwork, answer questions or assign you a storage unit. Gate hours indicate when you will have access to the facility regardless if there is a storage agent present or not.
South of the City Shopping Center, youll find our Collierville storage facility at 651 South Rowlett Street. From the shopping center, follow New Byhalia Road south until you reach South Rowlett Street, which youll follow east until you reach our secure self storage facility on the south side before the Highway 72 overpass. Just across Cowan Road from the Pepsi facility, were hard to miss.
