Brandi Is Awesome!!!!!

Did I want to get a storage unit no but I needed to. Brandi made this experience less painful. She was very understanding with my situation and accommodating with making sure someone could pick up my key and get into the unit to drop items off. She was very professional and she knows what she's talking about. She is a great Employee and has a great personality. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone I know in the area! Very pleased with my experience!!!!!

The staff is excellent and attentive to your needs. The building is older with a wood floor so you hear everything upstairs. The place is as clean as it can be for an older building. The lighting is decent and on a timer. There are no interior cameras though. The temperature stays pretty cool for a Phoenix summer.

Location is convenient and clean and manager Sandie is friendly and answered all questions professionally but in manner that was easy to understand and worked hard to get me the unit size I needed at the right price.
