Debbie, the site manager, was terrific! She got me through the paperwork as quickly as her computers would go. She explained everything thoroughly! I broke the key in my new lock when I first got started and she fixed it for me so I would not have to buy another new one! When my roller door got caught from the latch at the end of my move in, she was quick to help with that as well! My unit was very clean and ready for me to move in. I appreciate the secured gate access for entry and exit. I would highly recommend this storage facility. Pricing is also very fair and competitive.

Was slightly cheaper then other storage places nearby. Would have given it overall 5 stars but did not like the fact that I was forced to purchase expensive insurance to cover property that is only worth $500. Fortunately only had to pay one month since I have renters Insurance. Would be nice if that was listed on the site.

Decent Storage at a discount price

The check-in process was relatively easy (although I never received a confirmation call, as promised, and the clerk was out of the office at lunch when I arrived). The price was great but service was slow. I have not had any issues yet, but it has only been a couple of days since I started using the facility.

Unit Broken Into, 80% of my belongings stolen. Clean unit, good customer service.

My storage unit was broken into with most of my belongings stolen. A new lock was put on so that the property managers wouldn't notice as they do rounds at least once a week to check for that kind of thing. This isn't the properties fault but if you can choose a storage facility that requires uniform locks, and has cameras on the actual storage units, that would probably be a better option. Security cameras only face the gate and office area. The property manager, Angelo was phenomenal in handling the situation and was extremely helpful, he made this crummy experience a lot better. My unit was Clean upon entering and the lady who helped me in the beginning was pleasant. The free month deal was helpful.

There was nobody at the facility when we got there. The door was locked and we only had an hour before my moving help had to go to work. I saw a computer screen to the right of the locked door so I began putting in all the information for the storage unit. I couldn't find my reservation so I had to start from scratch. Towards the end I was asked if I wanted the first month or the second month free so I put the first month as I had paid out quite a bit of money to move. We got the code on the screen to open the gate. It wouldn't work. We tried time after time. Just then someone pulled into the storage gate so we quickly followed her through. She got upset with us that we came in. It turned out that she was the person that worked there, but she was late!! After we talked to her and told her we had a password that didn't work, she proceeded to help us and gave us a password that worked and then she lightened up. Then when I got home I saw that the storage facility had only given me three days free to the end of July and charged me for the month of August!!! I was livid!! That was not a free month, that was three days free!!! Very misleading. So I called the storage facility and left a message. I didn't get a call back from the manager like it said. I called the following day and left a second message. Still no call back. I called the third day and still no call back!!!!! I am waiting for my FREE FULL MONTH still and a call back from the manager!!! I read all the reviews about this storage facility and thought it would be a good one, but so far, I am totally disappointed!!!! I continue to wait for my call from the manager!!!

I LIKE THE FACILITY BUT GOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I left 3 messages for the manager at the facility and I sent 1 email. I never received a call back. I wanted to talk to him about using the truck for moving. Also, stopped in at the facility for help and there was a sign on the door that they were out of the office, I waited, thinking they were in the lot but they weren't. I ended up using the kiosk out front to rent the unit. As soon as I was done it was just past closing time. Someone came out the office door. Really disappointed in the customer service.

We researched this unit for our jet ski rental space. Turned out it was a very good deal with added security measures. There are several other storage places closer but with the great service and price, we made the choice to have both in one place. I really like that the manager lives on-site, so it's not one of those neglected storage yards that you so often find. Nice people. Biggest complaint - google maps doesn't actually lead to this location, and it's not flagged on the overhead map, so we went to the wrong place by mistake. They need to give good directions on sparefoot.
