Ellis Is The Man! Excellent Place!

Ellis went above and beyond for me and I’d bet he’s the PRIME reason y’all probably have so many happy customers! Communication is top notch, facility is spicknspan clean, efficient online processing and payment, same day move-in, good window of time to access belongings, I’d find it hard for anyone to ever say anything negatively about Ellis or this Prime Storage location/business. Made this Texan feel right at home and part of the SC family!

Freaking AMAZING!

I NEVER leave reviews, ever, but I HAD to for this! Listen, I had a VERY last minute issue and had to have a storage unit available within a few hours time. The ladies in the office at Prime, specifically Melanie, worked extremely hard to make sure that happened and made an extremely stressful situation sooooo much better for me! I’ve used a few different storage companies over the years, and Prime is by far the best one yet! Everything’s clean, not bugs, dollies to help move heavy items/boxes, and awesome office ladies! Thanks so much y’all, you know how stressed I was that day and to think complete strangers made it so much better for me, is crazy!!!! Y’all are the best!!
