Great Customer service, Chip answered all questions
Fantastic service, answered all of our questions. Made us aware of all the deals that would be advantageous to us and we were able to move in and get back to our mini vacation in no time. Could not have worked out better thanks to Chip.

My storage experience made my hellish moving less stressful
Chip took care of my family in time of distress caused by moving. If you want anyone to help you anytime during your move, call on Chip at Pinnacle storage. Chip is a God sent. There was no way we could have done it without his knowledge and humanity. I donât give reviews but with Chip I definitely have to make an exception. When I say Chip is good he is excellent.

Super clean, Nice Place, Mega Friendly service!
This was as easy as could be. I was a day late but they called me to confirm my reservation. The manager is the bomb~ He is super helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Helped me adjust for a second locker. Thank you for making my horrible day so much easier. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Great place! Easy and very convenient on Hwy 17.
This storage facility is superb! Easiest and best customer service ! Ty, assistant manager went way beyond helpful and kind when he waited for me to get there late to check in b/c of traffic! Price was right- all was explained, and ultimately, my storage unit was clean, easy access, and locked up safely!

They treat you like family.
This place is great. Cheapest unit I could find anywhere around. The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly. He had computer problems with printing out papers so instead of making me wait he showed us exactly where our unit was and opened it for us. After we were half way done putting things in he came back buy to get me to sign papers after they finally printed. He did everything he could to provide good customer service and go out of his way.

Awesome!
Ed was awesome he really made me feel welcome and hooked me up some local contractors to help me unload the truck after an 8 hour drive.He even smashed up an old pice of furniture and put it in the dumpster.What a great experience!!! I will recommend Ed and coastal storage to anybody moving to the area.
