Friendly staff

The facility was extremely clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly. Liked that they had drinks and candy for you. Explained everything and helped make sure I got the deal I found online when I reserved my unit.

Taken care of.

I felt like I was taken care of when I got my storage unit and it was simple and easy. Note though, the lock on the door can be tricky for the storage in the upper floors, I had to use my key (Not key to facility, just a random key on my keyring) to force the door open as it was stuck fast in place.
