Great space for the price.
I’m very pleased with my choice to go with Global Self Storage. The only issue I had during move-in was the road space in between the units. Another customer had a unit further down the line and since the roads are all one-ways I had to move the U-Haul truck I rented to the side, nearly touching the wall for the other vehicle to get past me. Other than that, great experience.

The only problem I had was I rented an indoor climate controlled storage unit and was left to my own demise to figure out what type of lock is used. Only to find out that they have to supply you with a lock in order to shut the door!

Superb Staff
I was unable to make it to the location in person in time to set up my rental agreement. The property manager was kind enough to wait for me after hours, and set me up over the phone. While I always recommend that you personally check out a place before signing up, my circumstances did not allow me to do so this time. This meant my first time seeing my unit was on move in day. The unit and facility exceeded my expectations. The units are well secured, clean and it was easy for me to find and access.

I ran into a family emergency which left me only a few days to find a storage unit. That is when i first found the sparefoot website. Within minutes they help me find the perfect place to store my belongings. That place was Global storage in summerville, sc. They were quick with finding me the perfect unit and had great customer service. On top of that the price was also the best in town.

Easiest storage rental ever!
Property Manager Ms. Craven was extremely courteous and helpful. This was my first storage rental and she was there through the whole process going above and beyond to make sure my storage needs were taken care of. MIss Craven took time, explaining all details, and gave me peace of mind that made me feel secure. The storage facility was extremely affordable. They beat their competitors prices in a 25 mile radius and I even got the first month for free! I highly recommend Global Storage for an affordable and customer orientated experience.

An amazing experience in a world lacking personalized service.
I had a wonderful experience renting here. In the past, I have rented from a different company on the same street.
