Easy and convenient

the use of their transit van made moving my belongings so much easier - I was able to get it all done in one trip instead of multiple trips with my SUV. this is a great benefit to using this storage facility! prices are great too, and was able to take advantage of a good move-in special. all in all, very happy with the experience.

Convenient storage option

Very easy to allocate storage; only drawback was getting a copy of my renter's insurance, as their facility does not have internet (couldn't email my copy); only a fax machine. Otherwise, it is affordable with reasonable access hours and ease of navigation through the units.

customer service worse than horrible

i went and signed up that day and i told the lady i had homeowners insurance and i would bring a copy of it in the next day, so i would not have to buy insurance through them.she said she would charge me and then when i brought the copy in the next day i would get a refund, mind you i did not have any thing in the locker. I came in the next day and brought a copy of home owners insurance,and she told me could not get a refund,she lied,she HAS A VERY SMART AND LOUD MOUTH ,and she started yelling at me. YOU COULD NOT PAY ME MONEY TO TAKE A LOCKER,EVEN IF IT WAS. HEATED 12 BY 12 I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM,I WILL TALK PEOPLE OUT OF GOING THERE .SINCERELY MIKE
