Customer Service was great and Building was Nice.

The young lady that was working was great. She went over all of the paperwork and once finished she showed me the room. She went over the hours of entry and showed me the exits and where to get the hand carts.

Online assistant was amazing. Thomas at facility went above and beyond!

Online assistant was in point and sent email before facility closed for the day on a Saturday. Thomas at facility went above and beyond and called me as a courtesy because I hadn’t arrived. He stayed past working hours to insure I was able to get the unit and move that same night! Wow… my elderly mommy was pleased because it was her stuff! Thomas you are amazing!!!

Facility is nice and clean. Had to call the police because the unload went past 10:00. They gave us a code and was able to leave.
