I have rented here for over a year. This place is always clean inside and out. Only had an issue once with an employee being kinda rude. Overall this place makes having to have storage unit extremely easy.The staff are friendly and upbeat. Thank you for making this not be stressful on me.

Saved time and everyone was extremely helpful
Called and the first person I talked to was very helpful. Reservation was made, but never got the email confirmation. So called storage directly and talked to them. Ended up not going with the original unit reservation, but was placed in the perfect unit for what we needed.

They have rats and don't care about you or your belongings.
Would give 0 stars if I could. The place is teeming with rats. When we asked if there is anything they could do to reimburse us they claimed that is the reason we have insurance. Well insurance doesn't cover damage under our deductible so all they could say was sorry apparently. If I had food in the unit I would understand but there was none in the unit. Stay away from this place because it's clear they don't care about their customers.

Safe and Clean
I've been renting two units here for over a year and cannot praise them high enough. The facility feels super safe and is extremely clean. Carts are provided at the door for your convenience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I have felt my household items were safe from any damage while we are going through this move. Even the hallways are super clean! I am just impressed and will recommend them to anyone needing storage.

Cross country move
I found this storage facility online on my way from Indianapolis to Silverdale. They were able to reserve my spot and get all the paperwork ready for me to sign the day I got there. The facility is very safe and clean, and Wendy was wonderful. I definitely picked the right place!
