Clean facility, friendly service
I met with Danni, the site manager. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The facility is easy to access, secure and clean. There are carts available and elevators to help with bringing your belongings in or out. Highly recommended!

Clean, convenient, professional
Very clean (not sure disinfected but seemed so clean/new), convenient, and safe location/layout. Easy to get around/good flow (don't have to walk a million miles to your storage spot). Easy parking inside and out. Plenty of new carts to haul items. Professional, friendly people. Wish the desk manager wore mask. One thing they should be clearer to customers in advance is that many of the units still available have a large pillar in the unit, which cuts down some of the space that you are still paying for. However, I recommend them.

The folks at the Ballard store are FANTASTIC!!! THANX "GUYS" !!
The people at the Ballard store WENT ABOVE & BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY WITH A SMILE & A GREAT ATTITUDE...EVEN THO I KEPT THEM AFTER CLOSING BY MORE THAN A HALF HOUR!! And u cant beat the price for the sizes either...almost half of what other units that size cost...

Clean, new and excellent service
Brand new building. Staff was excellent and helpful. I'm storing a vehicle and the access is easy to park or retrieve my vehicle. I gave pricing 4 stars because I think it could be a bit less since I don't have an individual unit but it's not bad considering it's in Seattle and climate controlled. Overall a great deal.
