Great place and great price
Great first experience at Cube Smart. The staff was friendly and professional. My main complaint was the lack of phone support while trying to get ahold of the front desk. I called a few times at different points I the day and didnât receive a response. Other than that it has been a great experience.

very convinent
I changed move-in date several times because the afflict with office building requirements, working hours and mover's arrangement. At the moving day, we met the elevator broken problem and couldn't get to the selfstorage in time. I called and the general manager is so kind and made the change for me. She went to the office 1 hour earlier at 8 am she wants to help with the requirement of our mover's schedule. She is so kind and warm hearted. I appreciated her attitude for the client.

All went well
It would be good if sizes specified were more exactly defined. Ideally, they should indicate the actual storage volume of each unit. I know it is standard practice to include wall space; but it is not good practice, as it is inherently deceptive to the initiated. Breaking that "tradition" would be an effective promotion opportunity to stand out from the rest of the crowd.

Was able to register online, show up, and go directly to the storage unit. No hassle, lots of dollies to use, and the whole thing was quick. Easy.

Efficient & easy move in
I found great customer service at this facility - the manager called me in advance to clear move in, even reaching out multiple times to ensure I felt comfortable with it when I didn't respond right away. I found move in efficient and fast, with many carts available and a well-laid out facility. Location is convenient and clean.

Clean, safe, secured, and understandable
This storage facility is amazing! I feel very safe and comfortable storing my stuff here because of their system of security. A code is need to get into the storage facility and everyoneâs code is linked to their floor. The facilities are incredibly clean and utilitarian - lots of carts. I will definitely be storing here for a significant time period and have already recommended it to friends.

An Awesome Experience
Until recently, I had never heard of CubeSmart, but I'm glad I gave them a chance. In comparison with other storage facilities, they had the best price and offered a free month rent. When I went to the facility to finalize the transaction, the process was easy and the customer service was excellent. The building is very secure, as you have to use your security code at every entry point, and the building is new and clean. I will definitely recommend CubeSmart to others.
