I was pleased to have the 20 minute conversation with Max, which does not even last 5 minutes with my daughter these days. It was not just about selling a pitch, but actually getting to know us and our situation. He already knew exactly what we needed before coming down to his storage place. Multiple people recommended this place to us because of the manager himself. Very loved by everyone next door.

The manager working here was such a gentlemen with his manners. I have severe anxiety and having to move last minute just made it worse. Felt like a therapy session with all the support and advices we received. They also have a great handyman, places looks really clean.

It’s a good sign when the manager is walking on the property and everyone is turning around to say hello, even the shady looking people. It’s even more surprising when the manager knows everyone by name. I think he might be the owner. I’m glad I rented here. Will definitely recommend this place.

Max is good people! Fast and easy rental.

Never needed or rented a storage before. Read lots of reviews from people that shared horrible stories. Max gave us a call shortly after the reservation. Gave us the break down price to move in and general information about the place. He was genuinely hospitable, not pushy toward making the rental and had good sense of humor. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of room for bigger uhaul truck. Thank you a brotha.

I was very pleased to rent at this storage place. We were shown multiple sizes and given good consultation of how different sizes can work for us. Everything was warm welcoming, without any pressure. Max leads you through the whole process, from showing the property, to renting storage, to sweeping them spotless clean. Really shows that he cares about his customers and his property. Will recommend in future.

I really like the staff and prices at International Boulevard Self Storage. The property isn’t modern or very nice and I do wonder about the safety since there are signs stating that they have new security procedures in place. When I went on a tour, I can’t say that I felt reassured when the manager pointed out the razor wire. It’s too bad we must get out of our cars to unlock the gate but can stay in them to exit. The access hours are generous. I do wish the office were open on both weekend days, though that would require additional staff. I was impressed by how organized and friendly the staff were with their rental process. Make sure to look online (at this website) for deals since some are only offered virtually. When I first went to rent, I reserved a 5x10 and the staff seemed to be trying to talk me into a larger unit (kept referring to and budgeting around this larger unit), until I brought us back to the smaller, cheaper option. I found it to be helpful to know and clearly state the online price, size and promotions I saw online and be able to remind them that this is what I had reserved. When I went to discuss with them adjusting the move-in date, they said they had rented the unit to another person, even though I had it reserved. Thankfully, I was able to do another online search to find the same size, price and promotions. Having it be double-booked was disconcerting, though. In general, I do really like the staff and I hope this will prove to be a good experience!
