Clean and very easy to locate. Owner was very helpful when needed due to a power outage in the early morning hours when we arrived in town. Secured units under security at all times.

Move from out of state at last minute, lifesaving help from these people!
I made my reservation online and was immediately contacted by Daphne the next day. The contract process was easy and the customer service was excellent! We received 50% off the first month due to a current special offer and payment was made easily without any issues. The units are easy to locate and behind secured gates with security cameras. This makes me feel especially safe with my items being secured. We were provided a gate code immediately upon reservation for our arrival with movers the following day. It’s a 24 hour access unit easily accessible any time needed. There was a small issue late at night with the code not working but the owner quickly had someone come out to unlock the gate and let the movers in. Overall I am very pleased with this choice and company.

Overall satisfied
It was a good experience, although the only downfall was it seemed like the gate was malfunctioning. I would go multiple times at different times of night to access my unit and the gate was always open. It made you lose that added sense of security.

Wonderful facility great customer service
I have used Rabon storage over the course of 3 years on a couple units very clean and safe spot for keeping your goods. Staff is helpful and always timely in sending out emails and notifications and such. Although I’m glad to have my own house finally and don’t need to store things there anymore, I have referred them to friends and highly recommend this facility.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY!
I have rented many storage units in my lifetime in numerous cities and states and Rabon Storage is by far the best! They are very professional but still warm and caring and considerate. I recommend them with the highest possible positive reference!

Safe place to store your equipment, at a fair price.
Facility is well lite and has a fence with an automatic gate. It is a great place to store my camper. The office is open at day time, and the gate is locked at night.

Excellent customer service!
Rabon has been by far the best experience I have had when renting a storage unit. The unit was clean and met our needs perfectly. Total honesty in pricing and no pressure to buy extras as with other storage companies I have used. Round the clock access to our unit is a big plus! The staff are courteous and always inquire as to our satisfaction with their services. This is definitely a 5 star facility!
