Overall, this place is clean, climate-controlled, and well-organized. Access is limited to other areas of the building, but I understand the security measures that this entails. I would recommend this place time after time. You have to be here to experience the cleanliness and the customer service. A-1 Self-Storage has nothing on Rockvill.

My belongings have found a temporary home

The service that I received from Jesus from the moment I arrived was absolutely excellent. I viewed two different size storage units, made up my mind, went back to the front office exchanged information. Jesus printed out the paperwork I had my code, receipt and also walked out with some of the awesome treats for my volunteer family moving team (LOL) that Rockvill Storage stocks up on for the clients to the facility. The office was exceptionally clean…. There are a variety of activity games that adults or children can play if there’s a wait while other customers are serviced. The exterior of the facility for customer parking, RV, or propane service was spotless. The landscape inviting! Bottom line… I believe my belongings will be safe, I will be safe when I go there and the hours of access work perfectly for any schedule…early morning or late evening. Jesus is a keeper!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had an issue in which our security code was not set up properly and we are locked into the storage grounds. Luckily someone was there tending to their items after hours and let us out. Didn’t receive much of an apology, and it was just shrugged off as a snafu that someone else messed up on. That was a little frustrating. All else was great though.

The staff and facilities at Rockvill RV & Self Storage couldn't be any better. The facility is practically new so everything is clean and functioning perfectly. The staff is helpful and accommodating and go out of their way to be friendly. Our climate controlled unit has a light inside unlike those at some other facilities and there are two elevators and carts available for use when moving in and out. Rockvill also sells moving supplies and rents Uhaul trucks so you don't need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this business. Ask for Cassandra, she's great.

We needed a facility that was climate controlled, clean, and safe for me to go to even in early/late hours with my children. The online reservation gave me 3 months at 50% off making the overall value an amazing deal! And the staff was super helpful and friendly. Cassandra showed me several units before I committed and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing her. The only complaint I have is a lack of carts. If more than 2 units are in need at a given time, it seems difficult to get your hands on one.

Wonderful Experience

This place is perfect! Super close and convenient to my parents home. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It’s a newer facility and it’s very clean. When we were moving and loading up our storage, they were offering free hot dogs & chips! We also rented a U-Haul truck from this facility and the experience was super simple and pleasant! The truck was readily available when we showed up to pick it up and returning the truck was also super simple. The best part of the whole experience was how affordable everything was! I’ve only had to move and had to use a storage once and it was a perfect!

Jonathan was my main point of contact. He was extremely nice and helpful! The facility is very clean and easy to use. The seem to really care about their customers and all aspects of customer service and ease of use. There was another gentleman there when I was checking in whose name I can’t remember (unfortunately), but it was a hot day and he offered me a bottle of cold water. This place is great! Jonathan even walked me over to point out the best place for me to park to load the storage unit. He went above and beyond!

I only had a couple of negatives about the whole experience. Having to purchase the $9 a month insurance to guarantee my storage unit kind of pissed me off. You trust a company enough to use it, they should automatically guarantee protection. Kind of like H&R Block making you pay $50 to guarantee their work. Weird. Anyway, that was the only thing negative. One thing I think is more inconvenient than anything is having to put in your code to leave the area. If you are by yourself, you have to get out of your car, put in your code, then hurry back around so you can drive out before the gate closes. Gate should open automatically when you are leaving. And the door that goes into my unit does not stay open. Kind of difficult again if you're alone to put in your code and open the door each time you bring something in.
