Great Customer Service
These people are some of the friendliest folks I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My only reason for not giving 5 stars across the board is that the unit we rented is right alongside some pretty major construction of a new storage building, which I wouldn't have minded if I'd been told about it when I booked the unit. I might've requested a unit with easier access during the construction... it was simply an unpleasant surprise. Also, I wish they'd allow access later in the nighttime. Perhaps they don't have the lighting set up for it? However, all that aside, I felt very welcomed and their customer service was outstanding. I'm glad to be a customer here.

We were really glad to find this facility with it's thoughtful and friendly managers. The hours for us to access our unit are totally reasonable and the fact that all the units are drive up makes it far easier to load in and out. The owners were so helpful that they changed our unit just because they wanted to make sure while moving in the winter we didn't have trouble with snow.

Great Service - Good Value
The storage facility is conveniently located. The management staff was amazing and super accommodating. The unit price was very reasonable. We came in, completed the paperwork and loaded everything into our unit in less than 30 minutes. Very please with my experience thus far.
