Great move-in deal, excellent customer service!
Was looking at some last minute deals and I came across this place in Escondido. I am just renting a 5x5 but they have a deal for 1 month free, month to month lease. Only was $20 for admin fee on the day I stated contract. The only real issue I have with this facility is that it is only open until 7 pm.

quick and easy
The entire process from booking on line to moving in are easy and quick. Information on the website is accurate. The staff at the facility is very friendly and helpful. Even though the price is bit high, but with the AAA rewards and Amazon gift card offers helps to bring down the cost. They also offer variety of discount. I will highly recommend this to anyone.

Easy process
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean units easy access to it for being on the second floor. There is a drive up ramp so it's so you don't even have to use an elevator or stairs and they have push carts ready available.

Great people work here, they made sure we had everything we needed to have an easy transition. The best is the second story units, they require no stairs or elevator... There is a perfect ramp to make moving just as easy as a pull up unit. Thank you stir em

Rented a 10 X 10 at a very reasonable price!
Customer service desk (Amy) made the paperwork process very simple. She showed us our potential unit as well as other sizes to see which would fit our needs best. When we put
things in storage, we had good access to the unit and were able to fit in more than we thought we would be able to.
