Good prices - process to rent not very easy. Gate code doesnt work.
Renting during covid 19 stay at home so they needed to adapt to that.
Rented a unit.
Going through the lease online was a a difficult mash up of over the phone and online back and forth.
It was no where near as easy as it should of been.
Customer service was good-ish. Still was not able to recieve a signed lease. Gave up trying and waiting until i can drive into the office and get one on the spot.
Gate code still doesnt work.
Overall, after moving in, peice of mind for my belongings went down considerably. After factoring in the covid changes, this process was still far more difficult than it needed to be.
A higher level manager needs to set out clear and precise instructions on how to complete new tasks remotely as it seemed like no one had thought out the process and streamlined working in this situation at all.
It would also be nice to have a box with plastic sheets or something like that next to the code box to enter the numbers.
In addition, the unit wasn't quite 10 x 10 which made fitting 10ft steel lengths quite a difficult task. Measure before you rent if you need exactly 10ft. It does say approx so i was ok with this, but just a warning.
Hopefully everything is smooth sailing from here.

Clean, well maintained facility with great customer service
Friendly staff with great customer service. Free truck in good condition to use for moving in. Large clean elevator for 2nd floor units. Long access hours.

All good up to now- let see what the rate increase will be
I was at an Extra Space Storage for 3 years and the price gouging was unbelievable hence I finally moved out and after comparing rates, CubeSmart had the best but in 6 months my rate will be reviewed so I hope that this was not a catch. Unit was clean at move-in but light bulb was broken.

Great Customer Service
We had to switch facilities due to an increase in price at our old facility. Someone from the office called ahead of time after we made our reservations online and were very diligent about ensuring someone was there to help us see the unit. They quickly showed us the unit and was very helpful and kind all around. Thank you!

Swift and easy experience!
I had a swift and easy check in experience, the customer service was great. When it turned out I needed an additional storage space it was quick to do an additional rental. Easy drive up access and convenient hours helped with the craziness of moving. I would definitely recommend this storage space to anyone who needs a safe and convenient place to keep their things.

I got a great unit for the best price. I even have great access for my needs. The mgmt team was outstanding, and was really courteous.

Their customer service sucks
Their door latch breaks , I put my lock on the door anyway . Without notifying me they cut my lock replace the latch put a lock on for which i didnt have a key for (denying me acess to my swap meet items,)so i had to break their latch to get to my swap meet stuff.,since no one in the office on sat evening. The first girl I spoke to was Brandy who completely understood the situation and told me there was no problem"The important thing is that your items are now secure". The following day, Marilyn approaches me and berates over this without even considering the situation they put me in and They now want to charge me 50 dollars for the latch, 17 dollars for a lock i never used or broke and they dont even consider that their damn latch breaking caused this problem in the first place!! Needless to say I am furious over this an they havent heard the last of this I am currently talking to my lawyer on what to do next....

Girl in the office was very friendly, very quick. After reserving online, showed up over there. She had all my info already in the computer. Had a unit reserved. Showed me the unit, asked if it was what I had in mind, it was exactly. We went back, signed some paperwork and had moved in my first box within 30 min. of arriving on site & going back to pick up stuff to bring. Pretty awesome!

Outstanding Experience with CubeSmart
I recently rented a space from CubeSmart. Excellent online deal for the first month. Good looking, clean facility. On site staff is courteous and helpful. On my second visit to the facility, I arrived to drop off and store some stuff, my access code wouldn't work and I couldn't open the gate. It was after hours for the office, so I called the 800 number for customer service; outstanding customer service! The remote office was able to access my account, give me a temporary access code that worked all in a few minutes. I received a follow up call and apology the next day from the onsite staff! Errors can occur, they're inevitable, but the way that the error is handled by the business, and how they support the customer is key. I highly recommend CubeSmart!
