Great customer service

Since it was pandemic during the time of my application the management went out of their way to do the sanition purposes when I had apply. To make sure no one will catch any viruses. After that they accommodated with my needs to have my storage closer to where it won't be in the way back of the building. I love that it's closed gated and it's always monitored. The management are friendly and when I needed help on my first day moving in they were kind to answer my questions. I love that they had carts which made it easier to haul my stuff to my storage unit. I love how my unit has a light so I can see my stuff since it's dark in there. I like that my unit was clean before my placed my stuff. I love how clean the halls are. Overall I like this place would recommend. Haven't seen any burglars around to steal my stuff. The elevators were very convenient if you have a unit upstairs.

When I arrived, I was impressed with how friendly and organized the office was. I realized that I would have to bump my reservation from a 5x10 to a 10x10, and it was no problem. Each unit is individually alarmed and tracked in the office- I feel my belongings will be very secure!

Allsafe storage is located right off the freeway and easy to find. When I arrived I was greeted by the manager. Paperwork took no time and I was off to unload my truck. The unit was located right off the elevator. I was able to park right by the elevator and use their dollies. The location was gated which is another plus.

Owner Tom is highly amazing, he's genuinely helpful and funny. He'll try to make sure you don't pick a size that's too big and a waste a money, ( everywhere else tried to get me to go bigger). Tom offers free furniture pillow cases to protect your equipment. Lastly, they offer you free usage of a storage truck. And lastly. Right off the freeway, literally, I'm so glad to know that when I do want to stop by , I dont have to drive all through the city to get to my belongings. RENT HERE. ITS WORTH IT !!!! I had the most difficult moving experience ever. The owners at all safe were amazing, I borrowed their truck on Friday, but do to the movers cancelling at the last minute, I had to reschedule. They made it no problem. I even called to extend the time of returning the truck. I also called at the last minute to sheet a bigger unit. They were more than accommodating. Overrall, they made a very difficult experience much easier. Kudos to then.

It's a clean facility with limited access

My review is not overwhelming. I wanted to use the moving van.The manager said it was being used. I found it hard to believe . I noticed that it was in the yard all day. So I asked if it would be available on Thursday and was told the van wouldn't be able for 2 months . Very disappointed.
