climate control not happening & small rolling carts/small elevator in front
The title says it all - I had sweat pouring off of me in the "climate controlled' hallways just from walking around. Clearly no ac beng used or it's set at 80 degrees. The carts are tiny compared to other storage places - the front elevator is really just big enough to fit 3 ppl no carts unless you make a 20 point turn hitting the walls each time as the door closes on you. Bring your own lock - $20 gets u a cylinder lock only useful on a storage rental's sliding handle.

An affordable, well-maintained, storage facility
The unit is clean, cool, well-lit, and easy to access. The facility is also very well-maintained. And at this point, the price is very fair. I'm hoping the price doesn't skyrocket in the coming months, but at this point I'm very satisfied.

The place was spotless the people...
The place was spotless the people working there extremely helpful. The bulls~*t "have to use our lock fee" is dirty and almost walked out of the place. I made an online reservation and was charged an admin fee even though I already did all the work thn was charged another $19.99 because I have to use your lock. This should have been noted on the online form,

Great location, easily accessible
Based on location and reasonable rental rates, I chose this storage facility. Amanda confirmed my reservation and helped with check-in. She was very helpful and picked a great unit for me; located near an elevator and security. The facility is clean, well lit, and provides good security throughout.

I would recommend this storage company to everyone but I would tell them to check prices daily until you find the lowest online because different different people get different prices while I was lying a man in front of me thought the same size storage for $20 cheaper per month he told me that he bought the storage the same way I did online on the same day.
