Good folks
I think they be the only helpful and honest people in the self storage industry. So far, I've been there for about 6 months, they have been above board and haven't changed the deal. Always friendly and they even have port-a-potties and trash cans!! You never see that at a storage facility.

The price is right!
The Price is Right for this storage facility. My only complaint is that when I reserved my storage space they did not know that the office hours had changed. So I went to this facility and wasted time going there the first day. The second day everything worked out perfect.

Who ever said customer service is Dead
This storage unit-besides being the best deal in time-rental has been one of the best, if not best transaction I have ever gone through since moving here in August 2021. Who ever said customer service is Dead obviously have not ever had the pleasure of working with the staff at Aardvark.
After my experience here,I wouldn't trust my things to be stored anywhere else but with these guys.

Everything was great besides one thing that really screwed up my whole moving plan. I reserved my storage space online which was easy, no more than 2 minutes later I received a call from their front desk confirming my reservation. I informed the man that I would be coming down there the following afternoon but wasn't sure about the exact time I'd be down there. He told me that it shouldn't be an issue and that they were open until 8pm. So, I told him that time would work for me and that I'd see him tomorrow afternoon at some point. Come to find out looking online at 5:30pm that following day, their office closes at 6pm not 8pm and in order to get into my space I would have had to be there before 5:30pm. That was never mentioned to me over the phone. He just said that they close at 8pm. So, I had to miss work to go there the next morning at 9am and I also had to pay U-Haul a fee for using the truck for another day. I personally feel that since the office closes at a different time than the yard, it needs to be made very clear to new customers that they need to be there well before 6pm to check in and fil out the paperwork. If I had been made aware of that simple fact, I would have had no problem getting there before 6 to get set up. Maybe it was an honest mistake or they assumed I knew their office hours already for some reason but either way, if you say you close at 8pm, you then have to mention the office closes at 6pm. Otherwise, situations happen like this and it cost me time and money. Other than all that, the guy there was nice, the building was clean, the freight elevator was a life saver, carrying everything up and down the stairs would have taken at least twice as long, they provided dolly carts to use for free which was great also. So overall, it's a great storage facility with a great location and price and I would still recommend it to my friends but they need to work on their communication skills.

No Masks Please!
The mask mandate is over however deciding to still enforce a mask policy is not something I’m okay with. I believe y’all should have the right to do so but I think it’s my duty as a customer to tell you that I’m not okay with it. The facility was finished to subfloor which was weird as well. There was no lighting inside the unit which was weird as well.

Good storage at a great rate
I feel the facility is safe, well maintained and the space I rented was immaculate. I did not bring my own lock and they sold me a very secure one for $13, which was cheaper than buying the same quality lock at a hardware store. The service was courteous and honest, and fully informed me about the rules and regulations, and services, including the tour to my space. Much better experience than previous options.

Cheap and Gets the Job Done
Basically, it was one of the least expensive places I found online. Obviously you don’t always want the “cheapest” place, but I feel like it had exactly what I needed and I feel like it is very secure, so I don’t know what else one would want. I’m on a second floor unit and there was a freight elevator that we could use which made it easy for the big items. The only downside I would say was that there was no light inside our storage unit, which would have been nice, but not necessary.

The office smells like dog or dirty socks
I do not know if is the color of the building, the don’t pee on this corner signs of the storage facilities or the smells on the office but it really needs some deep cleaning and constant cleaning. it looks so sad the business can look better and have more customers if you improve the appearance.

Online saids one price but u knw how that goes
Online pricing for my unit $50 with a $1 move in fee and a $15 one time Admin fee. Then a $12 insurance ffee montly so my uniy is not actually $50 a month it's more like $62. Never fails they always have to charge somw other type of fees. Ridiculous

Good overall experience
Paperwork took about 15 minutes and they guys knew what they were doing. I looked at my space, completed paperwork, and the movers were unloading within 30 minutes.
The elevator is a little small and the large units are on upper floors. The doors into and in the building are not very big. I would have expected larger doors and my movers would have been happier.

Clean but dated facility, potential fire hazards.
Wooden floors and propped open fire doors would make the entire place burn down if there was a fire so, fingers crossed. Hard to beat price-wise and in a relatively secure area. Hot and musty inside building but friendly and helpful staff.

The moving in process was super simple
I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it all was. I wasn't sure if covid-19 closures would make obtaining a unit difficult at all, but the À Aardvark team made it incredibly simple to handle entirely by phone and online. From the time I decided to get a unit and started researching places, to the time I was done moving in a full 5'x8' uhaul trailer on my own took about 5 hours total. The team was very professional and helpful and made themselves available for any questions or concerns I may've had. The entire process was straightforward and incredibly convenient.

Great price for what we were looking for
We were looking for a small storage at a good price and this one was way better than we could have imagined...low monthly price and 1/2 first 3 months.. Manager was great we came in on a Friday evening right before closing to rent and she said come fill paperwork next day when we brought our stuff so that we weren't paying for a day we wouldn't be using it. I thought that was nice, she didn't have to do that.
