Rose, the manager was very friendly and helpful. Although there were smaller units that fitted my needs she allowed me in a larger unit at a better price. This is great customer service. I still don't understand how a larger unit costs less, but I'm all about saving money!

Needed storage to hold some bedroom furniture while transitioning between apartments. Public Storage was quick and easy to set up a rental. The on-site staff (Irma and Emily) were friendly and helpful. Irma answered the questions we had about the process and getting us to the unit. Will definitely use again if I have any storage needs.

We had shopped around at several locations and even if they are storage space units , it's like renting a home but with extra security and convenience. The other facilities were not not sure or were not knowledgeable even if we explained it more than once. Don't understand why if they are the same affiliation, why one is a dollar to move in and the others are not!. Anyway this is my first time renting a unit and I'm grateful that you were there. Public Storage helped me in a pinch!
I decided on a storage unit at the last minute a day before moving out of my apartment. I called PublicStorage and they were able to find me a cheap rental space minutes from me. It was amazing and the customer service was great! I would definitely rent from them again in the future.

Well, yes i'm very satisfied with the service provided by Gina. But...what i have to say is NOT a complaint but a suggestion: as a regular customer i believe i should pay less and i hope i don't have to keep buying a different types of locks every time i have to rent a storage parking over there. Other than that i'm satisfied in terms of how safe and clean the facilities are and the good quality service i received. thanks a lot and i'm looking forward to keep conducting business with you in the near future.
