Great experience overall!

My experience was much easier than expected and the customer service was a 5/5. The agent helping me showed me the unit I was to rent prior to signing a lease. I believe she honestly explained the details of the terms and conditions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Lori's warm, professional and welcoming greeting both over the phone and at her office exemplifies her customer service and managerial skills. Her property is clean and she is tenacious to make sure the rental transaction is understandable and seamless. I have had several storage units for many years, and I am very impressed with management at the this location. Great place!

the nicest people we have ever met at a storage place

my wife and i are flood victums from boulder colorado we came to charleston sc with other flood victums and all of the people at public storage has treated my wife and i so great and they have went above and beyound to do for us for what ever we have needed. they treat us just like family. and we love them just like our family....thank you all so very much you all have touched our hearts..and may god bless you all...mr.&mrs.dale&deborah klotz
