They are amazing and the staff is very friendly.
It was my first time getting a Storage unit so I was a little apprehensive about the process I thought it was gonna be really difficult involve a bunch of paperwork and I just really wasn’t looking forward to it but the staff made it so simple and they were so helpful and nice it was just awesome to be able to go through the process so easily

Was looking for a storage unit that was centrally located that had good security and was reasonably priced. I found exactly what I was looking for. Easy in out access with clean units that have tall ceilings so I can stack my items as high as I want. Would recommend рџ‘Њ

After moving in I discovered there is a smaller unit behind mine. A flimsy corrugated wall that could easily be compromised by removing 10 small screws.

Great facility
Nathan and his team are so kind and are always willing to help. I got an online deal and they called me to remind me of my deadline so I wouldn’t lose my deal and the online move-in process was so easy and user-friendly. The facility is very clean and secure. I would definitely use this storage facility again!

Nathan is an awesome manager ЁЯШК
We came from SeaTac with a large full trailer,two pickup loads, and a car all stuffed as full as we could pack them. We began looking for storage Sunday morning..
We found Trojan Storage. The place was nice, clean, and accessable. Nathan the manager was so awesome! He was very polite and helpful explaining prices, availability, and specials. We were able to move into a 10x20 for $45 on October 31, November was free, and then we begin paying regular rent December 1st. It wss such a blessing to be able to find, secure, and unload everything into storage on a Sunday! Thank you Nathan!!!

New & Clean Storage Facility
The units themselves are what you would expect any clean & basic storage unit to look like. There's option to store in an indoor or outdoor unit which is nice. The only two complaints I have with this facility are the price & the customer service. As far as pricing goes, I think the prices are probably similar to other companies around town, I guess in my opinion the price to rent a tiny, empty enclosure seems wildly high. Nonetheless, my biggest issue with Trojan Storage is the unsteady management. It seems like they go through a new manager every 6 months. The issue with the management replacement is that they all have done things slightly different then the previous one, causing renters to never know when they're going to be locked out, charged extra fees. etc. or have a lienant manager that will work with you to get caught up without the threat of auctioning your stuff after being 2 weeks behind.

The ladies in the office are very friendly and the storage units are clean and gated for safety. The price is a tad high in my opinion but all of them in the area are about the same price. Over all it is a nice storage facility so far.
