Friendly, helpful-*staff not given authority to refund overcharge
Very friendly & helpful and informative. Cindy was original contact. Good size unit W/ access till 11 PM which is almost unheard of. Not sure how safe it is at night especially if alone as there is a homeless encampment behind facility along RR tracks. brought to mgmt. attention, needs a massive cleanup crew. Concerned will attract rodents to area and into our unit. they do use a pest control on regular basis. Also had an overcharge on my original payment and has been a little difficult to get my partial refund. itâs been since last Wednesday and is now Monday, still unresolved. Is supposedly being put into my account but hasnât yet, so the outcome might alter my overall experience, but they are trying at the local level. itâs now more of a corporate situation Iâm told.

Pretty good. Found that through your 3rd party online service I did not get the oringinal reserved storage unit I selected. I had to downsize to a smaller unit. We did find a suitable unit which helped.
