Great Facility, Customer Service Needs Improvement
Great Deal! Customer Service agent seemed very frazzled and short/tempered. She insisted that I pay $24 for a cylinder lock. When I told her that was a rip off, she quickly told me I couldnât secure the unit without one. So, I went elsewhere to purchase a cylinder lock. It was ONLY A WHOPPING $10!!! When I arrived back, I secured the unit and was told to meet her at my unit. After waiting over 15 minutes, I called the office ONLY TO FIND OUT SHE FORGOT I WAS WAITING! She quickly arrived after the phone call and removed the facilityâs cylinder lock. She made little conversation and barely offered an apology. If it wasnât for the good deal that was offered and the clean facility, I wouldâve chosen another storage facility.
