GREAT storage units, very clean & well kept
I really like Storage Star, I now have 2 storage units at their location and I trust that my belongings will be safe. The employee's are very knowledgeable and friendly and the company makes it easy to pay your monthly payment with several payment options.
I highly recommend Storage Star-Roy to anyone needing a storage unit, they are the best.

Not a very good experience with this company!!!!
Not happy at all with this place the person at the front desk made my experience with this company not good at all to many hidden fees and paying for lock to lock up my stuff!!!!

Wonderful Place
The office staff was very helpful, I was given my choice of units in the size I was looking for, Mike even went over to the building to show them to me so I could make up my mind if I wanted a unit on the first or second floor. This storage unit has an elevator if your unit is on the second floor, I HIGHLY recommend Storage Star in Roy.

Great service. Tyson, the manager was incredible!
Very impressed with the service level. Tyson made reserving a unit easy. Moved things around to get me a unit that was easier to access. Explained everything thoroughly. Facility is clean and well taken care of. Was overall a great experience.
