Easy booking online, easy in-processing
I reserved the unit online and received a phone call within minutes. We scheduled the appointment for the same day, and within just 30 minutes I was driving home with my key and contract, ready to finish packing and get loading. Everything was easy and efficient.

Safe place to store household goods
I called and they had a stoatage unit available, when I went there they showed me the unit and it was to small but they had a larger one ready the same day for me. Clean and friendly atmosphere!

Very friendly staff and clean facilites
The original unit I had requested wasn't available. The manager found another unit that was similar and kept the original discount. He walked me through the available units in the size I wanted and allowed me to choose which I wanted. I was very pleased with the service and hope to have a great experience here.

Very Clean and Updated
This place is very clean, modern and well kept both inside and outside - they had heavy duty moving carts available which saved me a trip to the chiropractor - they implement excellent security measures top to bottom - now I can rest at ease knowing my stuff is safe and secure.

Great storage unit, has AC units indoors with large halls that are well lit. Staff is very accommodating as I was running late to sign paperwork and they stayed a little after hours to help me get setup.

Super clean, brightly lit, great customer service
Even though I arrived 5 minutes before they closed, Kirstie of Trojan Storage of Roseville was super nice and helpful. I'd been communicating with her all day as I suspected I'd be late, so she had all the paperwork drawn up for me to sign, so I could get to my storage unit and unload. The unit was shockingly clean, as were the grounds. Indoors is brightly lit and spacious. Security seems great. Pricing was good, though if you go direct to them you may pay a higher cost, unless they are running a special.

Reservation not available at move in
I reserved a unit at Trojan storage a few weeks in advance and received confirmation more than once that the unit was ready for me to move in, but when I arrived with a POD full of my belongings, I was told the unit I reserved was not available. The assistant manager told me she had a unit that was smaller that I could rent, or a unit upstairs. Now my reservation was for a ground unit, climate controlled, and 10 x 15. I needed a ground floor unit as I had a lot of heavy furniture, but as the truck was in the driveway I had no alternative but to take the upstairs unit or pay for the truck to take my things back, then pay to have it sent out to another location, and pay for another month storage at 2x the cost. Just moving in to Trojan's cost me double because of the distance to get to the unit itself, i.e. through two doors and an elevator and down two long hallways. Some of the items moved were heavy furniture that had to be carried all the way to the unit. Someone from Trojan did call me, but offered no remedy, and then my phone lost connection. I am frustrated as it is not what I wanted and does not suit my needs, plus not being climate controlled could damage some of my belongings. Not Happy! It is also going to cost me double to move out because of the additional time taken in moving the items. I reserved a premium unit and received the total opposite. Because of the added expense I have given the lowest rating; otherwise it would be good and lowest on customer service because my reservation was not fulfilled. I have learned a lesson to get the unit well before move in to be sure this doesn't happen again.

I reserved on your site the facility on a good price for a specific unit. When I wne to the location to fill out paperwork I was told that unit wan't available and coming from out of state I was more than diapointed. The person I delt with didn't seem to be helpful at first in heling me out then found me a unit. The unint was more expencsiuve so I was stuck taking it as I had to unload the moving truck and return it. In addition the rules and conditions were very rigid compared to other storage facilities and the people I delt with there were very unfriendly. As soon as I get settled I will be moving to a better facitity. This was not a very good experience for me as I felt manipulated and taken advantage of.

Glad we found this place!
I needed to quickly find a storage solution for the contents of my Mom's house, which we had sold. The staff was wonmderful, showing us several units to make sure we got the right size. The facility is almost new, well maintained, extremely clean and secure. Plus, it had the space for our movers to bring in their large truck to unload. Trojan offered an easy solution during a time of lots of tough decisions!
