Easy and did everything on line
This was the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had when getting a storage unit on line. And I got exactly what I wanted and at an incredible price. The place is very clean.

Extra charges not advertised
They require insurance and a special lock. If you don't have either, you must purchase. The insurance was 1/2 of the cost of my rent with no discount for size of unit.

Review
I would recommend to a friend but I will mention an extra $20+ On top of what you think your going to be paying that day, they include the lock in the rental so they add that on there, when asked to remove it they state they can’t that’s really the only down fall cause I wasn’t expecting to spend that much but to be fair it’s the cheapest place and their customer service was great Dimond helped me and walked me to show my unit, very helpful!

Great Facility but high priced and slow service due to tech issues
I purchased a unit at this location because there weren't any others available at the size I needed. This was one of the more expensive companies that I researched, but again due to the lack of options I had to compromise on the price I would pay for it. I was disappointed to learn when I got there that they were having computer issues. So, the check in process ended up being quite slow due to the tech issues with their server. What seemed like it should have taken 5 minutes took over 30, which when you have 3 kids waiting in the car and it's over 90 degrees out and you are trying to get a lot done in a big move weekend - well, that becomes a bigger deal than normal. The employees who checked me in were great, so I give positives on the customer service (they couldn't control the server/software issues) and on the size, location and cleanliness of the facility.

Reservation Lost
Reservation was somehow lost in a matter of 24 hours. Was lucky enough to have open units and was able to make a new reservation. Lady that helped us was so helpful, was just really annoyed how they lost the reservation. Then got email next day asking if I was still moving in to my unit when I had already moved in. Just very unorganized, but at the same time thankful for whoever the woman was that helped us because she reacted quickly and efficiently.

Finding during a pandemic you have to move.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff online, the phone, and in person. Even though I had to change my pre- booking move- in date several times over they were wonderful and very accommodating. The check-in took 15 mins and all measures for COVID-19 made it safe and secure. Thank you

So so
I had a reservation. I had to wait about fifteen minutes for the staff to go through camera footage as someone's wife's car was hit unrelated to the storage facility.It was not an emergency and I felt a paying customer should be helped first. Nice the staff helped out the random individual. But I needed to get my stuff moved in and felt random guy could wait. Staff was so curt and cold that I felt uncomfortable. I do not expect storage staff to be comedians but just so, so unfriendly and icy...unit was clean.

Burglars stole almost everything we owned.
Great price for a reason. Horrible location. Burglars hit multiple units over a period of days and seemed to hit only the high value units. Security cameras recorded incident but CubeSmart did not properly save the footage for prosecution. Employees stated a large scale burglary happened like this before with a number of units being hit.

Excellent customer service
Very professional, excellent service. When my moving truck arrived i had to switch units, and it was done within a very timely manner as i was paying my movers by the hour..so greatly appreciated. This is gated and has easy access. They also have padlocks, and boxes and other accessories you may need to move in the office. They offer homeowners ins on sight or you can purchase your own. Very flexible, and helpful. Month to month, no long term contract, very reasonable. I received great service.

The whole experience is EXCELLENT!!!
The facility is clean, well lit, feels safe w/ video cameras and insurance, plus a manager on site. Convenient with longer access hours compared to others. Foremost of all, the facility managers are friendly, very professional, courteous and accommodating. Kudos to the facility Gen Mgr who went out of his way to help me meet my needs. The best service ever! In addition, they participate in forest conservation program by planting a tree for me. This helps heal the planet. Awesome! Will definitely refer.

From online reservation... to the Sales Center Agent... to the local facility... the whole experience is EXCELLENT!!!.. The price is right... w/ special discounts and free truck & movers. No long term commitment. Month to month. No credit card required. All these.. help one's moving experience go smooth and less stressful esp for someone like me.
