Barbara is a Barbie! She can do it all!
The security system is outstanding. I have never rented from a storage place that actually had clean/secure storage. Something was always wrong. Access is wonderful too!

Knowledgeable, friendly and with great attention to detail Barbara is the key to this facility's success. My belongings were safely stored here for longer than expected. Barbara was always kind and friendly. I love the holiday decorations out in front!

Barbara Is A-May-Zing!
Ok so I reserved a unit for a specific day..Didn't make it in..The next morning..first thing- Barbara calls me to confirm if I will make it in "Sure will" I tell her....Didn't make it in. Sometimes Life Just Happens and We Have No Control.....The Next Day..same thing-Except I Finally made it in to sign pprwrk...And Barbara was So Kind and Helpful. Pleasant to talk to on the phone and even More Pleasant in Person. She even told me a funny story All While Doing Her Work so I was in and out in no time. Thank You Barbara for helping make a frustrating situation Not So Bad After All ЁЯе░ЁЯШБ

Very happy with my move-in experience!
My move-in experience with Central Storage in Rohnert Park has been excellent! Barbara was so helpful - she helped me secure the appropriate storage unit for my current needs (even allowed me to look a a couple different ones to be sure I knew what I would be getting)... she made the whole transaction fast and painless (which is truly appreciated with a 7mos-old baby in tow and a cross-country move in route)! Highly recommend this storage facility!!!

Great for the price
Great location and price. Only issue is access, or the lack thereof. They are closed on Sunday and Monday, and you can only access your unit until 1 PM on Saturday. Tuesday through Friday you have to be out by 7 PM or you will be locked in and unable to leave. It seems like you have to take a day off work whenever you need to get into your storage unit.

Best storage facility in Rohnert Park!
Barbara at the front desk was funny, sweet and great at her job! It took us less than 20 minutes to rent our unit, she was very helpful with advising u in what size we needed. Everything fits perfectly! And the price is unbeatable! I shopped around really well. These guys are the best!

Quick and easy
As a first time renter of a storage unit, this experience was quick and easy. I was in and out of the office in less than 10 minutes. Barbara was friendly and compassionate to our situation. She also gave me a sense of relief by the time I was done signing in! Our storage unit was spotless clean! I feel very comfortable storing my items here.

BEWARE...Unprofessional, hidden costs and refused to refund deposit!!!!!!!!!!
I was very unhappy with the lack of professionalism with security and respect to a new customer. The $20 nonrefundable deposit is unfare. Watch out for the hidden "required" costs...I was given a price online and the price increased with went to to facility.
