Great Place to rent a unit.
The staff there are wonderful both Ashley and Mike. They know how to help you though making the right decision on what size of unit I need. They are very informative and helpful, I would recommend this storage facility to any of my friends and family.

snapbox took over EVERYTHING (cleanliness,temperature,security) DECLINED
I was a customer with A & A stor it for 16 years with NO unresolved problems. When snapbox took over they let the temperature in the temperature controlled unites get VERY hot somewhere between 80-85 degrees. When I politely ask (the first 2 times) if the air was working they said they would have it checked. Finally by the end of the summer I was tired melting and ask to speak to a manager who informed me that it was to "company" standards. The same in the winter 55 Degrees is what it was heated to.( yes i had a thermometer in my unit). I was also disappointed by the lack of cleanliness leaves and dead bugs littered the floor. Any question I had was answered with well that is corporate policy and to bad if you don't like it.I felt like they didn't care if I stayed of went elsewhere. After 2 years of fighting about the heat and filth I gave up and I found a new wonderful place that treats me like a person and wants my business.

Price Increases too frequently
The facilities are excellent and well maintained. Security is very good. But constant pricing increases - especially for long-term renters - are unacceptable.

Storage & Uhaul Rental
Needed a storage shed and Uhaul rental truck last minute and Ashley was great!! She was very helpful and patient. Her personality and customer service skills are great.

Repairs never happen
Many lights are broken. The door latch was/has been broken for weeks. It's not swept out very often.

I think the climate controlled area is a bit pricey. But the staff is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile (supplied their own temporary lock when mine would not fit for example) and are very friendly and efficient

The new owners appear to be more customer focused than the last.
The location is very convenient. I have been at this location for over 15 years. I have never had any issues with someone bothering my RV.

Over priced and Lloyd is full of nails
I plan to get out of this storage facility this summer. I go to school and work but we're out for the summer so it's moving time. I had to find a storage fast and assumed you were all priced about the same. Well. I was wrong. I pay roughly 35 more than others in the area.
To top it off, out of the 7 times I've had to visit my storage shed; I left 3 times with a nail in my tire. I'm not wealthy so 3 used tires at 50 a pop, no pun intended,
Not a happy camper.

The price keeps going up !
I have had my storage unit in the same place for 25 years. It hasn't changed much, but the price has increased over &20 per month in the last 3 years!

Very pleased with this location and the personnel.
I am very please with the personnel. Ashley has been very helpful and I have spoken to another person (can't remember his name), but they are all very professional and courteous. The complex always looks nice and clean.

No Stress!
I think the best part is the customer service. Every time I go, the staff knows who I am and my situation. Very kind. The only only reason my review isn't a 5 star is because I have to pay for the whole month if I end up leaving...they don't pro rate on your way out
