Good Value for small businesd

We were looking for a 10 by 30 climate controlled unit for our inventory. This location had what we wanted and it was near a door. Easy in and out with 24 hour access. Manager Juan has always been helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service

We have had a great experience with our rental unit. The building is always clean and safe. Juan (manager) has been excellent to work with from the beginning. Very friendly and accommodating. He even reopened the office when we came to make a payment. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Thank You

I’ve needed a place to store my car for the winter.

I have looked for a clean and safe place to store my vehicle for the winter. I finally found Boxed Up Storage and their representative Juan Compo. He was very professional in his presentation of the facility and sought to know my needs and how he could accommodate them. He was polite and forth right with the offerings. He let me inspect the property and was quick to answer all questions fully. As a combination of his great service and the facility I am storing my car there for the FOURTH year. Thanks to Juan Compo and Boxed Up Storage for providing a safe place to store my vehicle

The Best run storage units in Rockford - by far!

These guys are incredible! I can always talk to a real person who is on site. The Units are clean and if there are any problems the repairs are done very quickly. (example:one of our Unit's garage doors did not work well) The owner/manager is great to work with. We are moving all of our storage here from other (un-named) storage facilities where I have to talk to a customer service rep in another state.

Everything is well organized and there were no problems

When I looked for a storage unit due to a move of our daughter, Post Office storage was in our neighborhood. Everything was coordinated and easy. The paperwork was simple and obtaining acess to the unit per our tight schedule worked out without problems I would recommend Post Office Storage
