Needs Managements Attention

When I checked in they had not measured the space to see if my RV would fit. The manuverability to park is/was a nightmare. They moved me to an open spot due to construction, and then charged me a rate that was more than my original rate. The clerk had a personal phone call, on speaker, throughout my entire check in process. Management needs to pay more attention to what is going on at that location.

Helpful Service and beond

I went there to get a storage unit after having called a few different times and not being able to make it, the guy was very helpful and made me laugh after getting stuck behind the gate because I went in after a car and got locked in. Not only that but he helped make sure I got the best deal I could and storage and he also helped me with my car troubles since I was still learning and made me feel safer driving too. Thank you so much (I hope I remember right and spell it right) Demetrius!

Was storing @ Public Storage and price was too high. Decided to check out Sparefoot.com and found A 85 Riverdale Storage in Riverdale GA. Customer service was ok though didn't like talking thru a window not seeing their face. They offer commerical, rental, & UHaul services so is best ONE STOP SHOP for storagae and moving needs. CALLED WHILE EN ROUTE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK TOMORROW HER SYSTEM IS DOWN, AND I'M LIKE MA'M NOBODY CALLED ALL DAY I SAID I HAVE MOVERS BEHIND ME CHARGING BY THE HOUR, THEN SHE SAID IF U NOT HERE BY 6 NOT 601 SHE WAS GONE. THEN ONCE I GOT THERE WHILE I WAS PAYING AND HAD GOTTEN UNIT NUMBER I ASKED COULD MY MOVERS START LOADING THE STORAGE SHE SAID NO THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE AND SO DID SHE...THE PRICE OF $45 IS TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. I MOVED IN WED OF LAST WEEK AND MOVED OUT YESTERDAY IF YOU WANT YOU SHIT INFECTED WITH ROACHES AND RATS OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE THEM BECASUE THE ROACH KILLER WAS IN MY STORAGE. NOT EXAGGERTATING THE PEOPLE WHO SAYING THEY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE SORRY ALL CAP LOL I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORED AND CONDEMMED.

Great place for short-term or long storage

The facility is clean and easy to enter and leave. There is a bonus of being able to use their dumpster. The staff at this location makes the difference. The representative is SUPER friendly and very knowledgeable about the facility. SHe and her husband live on-site so there's added peace of mind. I would use this place again and recommend it to friends!!

Good prices

Place is clean for the most part. I came in on a special well what I thought was a special for $49.00 with 50% off the first months rent. It’s a catch 22 because you are charged a $25 admin fee which is ridiculous to pay for someone to do the job they are getting paid to do in the first place. Anyway I ended up not getting 50% discount because with the admin fee if $25 your paying full price anyway. So make sure you read the fine print or go somewhere else. Oh, and the unit is $99 per month and not $49 they advertised.

Just the basics...

Customer service is ok, and the facility is clean. The problem is my unit is upstairs, and there's no A/C nor windows you can open. It was like moving my personal belongings into a sauna! To make matters worse, I've never known of a storage facility to not have carts available to transport your things. This place serves as a basic quick fix for your storage needs...

Great Staff, close to airport.

The staff are excellent. Very attentive, friendly and polite. We stored our car there. The general grounds could be beater and cleaner, but for the price it was good. I Aldo wushed they had online payment service. I’m not a fan of leaving my payment information in someone else’s computer.
