Nothing but one issue after another .
Recently I went to my storage unit to find out it was locked with a lock That wasn't my. So I go down to the office and told the staff. I discovered that They locked me out of my storage unit. The reason was they say I did not pay my bill on time. I said how can I not pay my bill on time when I have auto pay. When I
first got the unit, I specifically chose auto pay so I don't have to deal with monthly bills. Come to find out they totally bloched my auto pay. they never even set it up. They had my bank bank account number, everything! Then they told me that they were very sorry that I was locked out and they would cover This month's bill but they charged me anyway as after they got my auto pay cortected.gee wiz

They say the units are accessible until 7 p.m., but I tried to reach the manager by phone after 5 p.m. and there was no answer. The handcarts were locked, the roll-up garage doors were locked, and that made moving things into the unit from the moving truck much more difficult.

Great Customer Service
We recently rented a unit from self storage, being first time storage renters we had a lot of questions regarding unit sizes and pricing. Both the front desk representative and the representative that showed us the units were friendly, patient, and answered all our questions. Was able to move in a few days early. Staff was very helpful and freindly. Set up was quick and had no problems handling over the phone well my son was there working with them in checking out storage units and getting some supplies need to pack his items. I had recommend this place to others. I needed a place close to Stanford University, it worked out great. price was a little lower than other places around Stanford University.

Overall the experience was good, however the facility attempted to charge a higher monthly rate than was published at the time of the reservation. The front desk person attempted to double the rate, stating that the monthly rate was "too low" and and was the introductory rate, which isn't what my confirmation email read. After producing the email, and going back and forth, she finally honored the rate I was guaranteed at the time of booking. The facility I great, I just had a real problem with the front desk trying to change the terms for no apparent reason.
