Was confusing to get checked in

Wasn't very easy to rent from there kiosk machine was confusing and noone was available to answer the phones

Richard H. April 5, 2021 Previously, I had been renting two smaller storage units at Route 59 Storage. The storage company permitted me to rent a larger storage unit at a savings compared to paying for the two smaller units. This also gave me more room to store my items more efficiently. The company was polite enough to allow me additional time to move my items from the two smaller units into the larger storage units without penalty. I have never ran into difficulty when it came to paying my monthly rental fee over the cell phone at the beginning of every month. They send me a reminder through email and through my cell phone before the payment is required.
