Very clean, temperature same on 3rd floor as 1st.

Melissa was very nice. The whole building was very clean. I was concerned about getting a unit on the 3rd floor because of temperature, but was pleasantly surprised that it seemed the same as the 1st floor. I will recommend this place to everyone. Fyi- I checked out other storage facilities close by before I went to CubeSmart. They were dirty, one had a moth flying in the elevator as employee was showing me available unit, and there was broken glass outside move in doors which did not concern the employee at all.

Just perfect for what I needed. Ended up having more space than I expected and the pricing was great. Staff will keep you laughing and they are very welcoming. No complaints.

Great people and customer service

The staff could not have been any more helpful. Gloria was friendly and even came in early to help with my move in. They quickly bumped me to a larger storage unit when we realized my items would not fit in the one I previously booked and were so kind. Great location and units.

Great staff and great storage units.

The unit is clean and the services provided are great. It may be a good idea to add moving dolly services as long as a staff member is present on site. Also, the information required for military members is unreasonable as some of the information, like the commanding officer's email and phone number, is little known by young/ new members. It may be better to request departmental chain of command contact information.
